Deploy with Vercel and Neon.

1. Create PostgreSQL

Provision a Neon database and copy its pooled connection string into DATABASE_URL.

2. Configure authentication

Create a 32-character AUTH_SECRET, then set Google OAuth and email-delivery variables if those flows are enabled.

3. Apply schema

pnpm db:migrate
pnpm db:seed

4. Verify production

Use an incognito window to test authentication, request creation, approval, export, deep links, and mobile layout.
